Adhik's tiffin is packed by Leela. She rejects Anupama's help despite Anupama's best efforts to assist her. Why is Pakhi living here, Anupama wonders. Adhik claims she overstepped her bounds when she forced Hasmukh to iron his clothes. Pakhi queries why she requested him to also iron Adhik's shirt while he was ironing his own kurta. Adhik advises her to go take care of the house because it is adequate for now.

Pakhi claims Leela said that after marriage, girls gain weight. Adhik claims she can turn into a balloon but not avoid household duties. Pakhi makes a furious exit. As Anupama is listening to their fight, Adhik turns and leaves.
Once the electricity returns, Pakhi is snoozing on the couch when it does. Anupama approaches her while carrying a torch. Kinjal hopes Pakhi would comprehend what Anupama says. Before people start abandoning her, Anupama advises her to value relationships and also not forget the importance. She should also assist Adhik and be ready for any unanticipated circumstances. Anupama is yelled at by Leela as soon as she enters to quit bothering her granddaughter. Anupama claims she is imparting her lifestyle to others. Instead, Leela offers to instruct Dimple. Adhik expresses regret and makes a commitment to make things right. He believes that due of family pressures, he is losing his work and shouldn't let Anupama and Anuj lose faith in him. After hearing their chat when she gets home, Anupma offers him a cream roll to help him relax. She enquires about Dimple and little Anu. He claims that they are getting ready for Christmas. Pakhi's lack of any calls or messages and her irresponsible actions enrage Adhik.
Pakhi questions why she should call if he doesn't call; unlike Anupama, who would say "sorry" and prowl around her spouse. Anuj keeps getting angry with his reckless employees for losing projects. He appears attractive to Anupama when he is enraged.
Kavya tells her family during breakfast that she is receiving a bonus income because her business is performing well. Everyone praises her. Vanraj inquires about Samar's employment. With Dimple assisting him, Samar claims things are going well. He is cautioned by Leela to avoid Dimple. Why is she saying this, Samar queries. Leela claims that he is frequently seen around that girl these days. Samar claims that they collaborate. He is urged to calm down by Vanraj. Samar claims he makes an effort to ignore Leela's taunts, but they get excessive. Leela didn't intend that, claims Vanraj. Samar claims that she meant it; they collaborate and communicate.
As she is looking for a female for him and doesn't want him to mix with such a girl, Leela becomes adamant that him not meet that girl. Samar questions what kind of girl she is, saying that whatever happened to Dimple was an accident that can happen to anybody and that she shouldn't worry about his impending marriage because it will take place when it needs to. Leela claims that he was prepared to wed just a few days ago but is now creating turmoil. She is urged to halt by Samar.
Anuj becomes upset during breakfast because he believes that his team's selection of the incorrect individuals puts his hard-earned reputation at risk. He also believes that it was his fault for not putting enough effort into his work because of personal problems. When Adhik arrives home exhausted and sees a messy floor, he yells, "No!" Ankush tries to calm Anuj down. Anuj claims he can't risk damaging his reputation and won't mix his personal and business lives. Ankush needs to calm down, Barkha reminds him, because this is more than just work-related stress. Anupama believes that Anuj's family problems prevent him from focusing on his career, thus she needs to shield him from them.
Anupama informs Anuj that speaking to Pakhi was a mistake. Pakhi is something to Anuj as well, he claims. Pakhi, according to Anupama, is her responsibility. Anupama was simply trying to help her, and when she doesn't want him to intervene, he won't from now on.
